Partnering with Matcon Civil provides access to our solid operational infrastructure and reputation as a collaborative industry leader in innovative civil construction solutions. Currently Matcon Civil is engaged in five active joint ventures within the lower mainland of British Columbia.

TFN Construction / Matcon Civil Joint Venture

Established in 2008, TMJV is a partner that specializes in all aspects of civil construction and environmental contracting. TMJV has completed more than $95,000,000 in contracts, generating significant economic benefits for TFN Members through paid wages and the contracting of TFN Member-owned businesses. RAVCON Constructors Joint Venture

Established in 2013, Ravcon is a partnering of Matcon Civil Constructors Inc. and Raven Excavation, a Tsawwassen First Nation Member-owend heavy equipment-operating business specializing in civil construction earthworks. Ravcon is currently focused on a 300 lot residential development at Tsawwassen First Nation.

KFN Enterprises / Matcon Civil Joint Venture

Established in 2016, KFNE/MCCI JV is focused on site preparation, land remediation, heavy road construction, and underground utility installations, our long-standing partnership with KFN Enterprises leverages the experience of Matcon Civil as industry leaders in heavy civil construction. KFN Enterprises, which is wholly owned by the Kwikwetlem First Nation, is responsible for creating opportunities for KFN Members that are environmentally, socially, culturally, and economically sustainable.

Seyem’ Qwantlen Construction / Matcon Civil Joint Venture

Seyem’ Seyem’ Qwantlen Construction / Matcon Civil JV is the partnership established in 2019 by Seyem’ Qwantlen Construction, an operating company of the Seyem’ Qwantlen Business Group. The Seyem’ Qwantlen Buesiness Group is wholly owned by the Kwantlen First Nation, and serves the lower mainland from their offices in Fort Langley, BC.

Salish Environmental Group / Matcon Civil Joint Venture

Established in 2020, S.E.G. / Matcon Civil Joint Venture is our partnership with of Salish Environmental Group, the Musqueam First Nation Member-owned environmental contractor who we have had the pleasure of working with since their founding. The S.E.G / Matcon Civil Joint Venture specializes in all aspects of environmental contracting and heavy civil construction.

TSI + Matcon Civil Joint Venture

TSI + Matcon Civil Joint Venture is the contracting and construction firm formed in January 2021 through the partnering of Tsawwassen Member-owned Tsawwassen Shuttles Inc. (TSI.) and Matcon Civil Constructors Inc. Our combined scope of services encompasses the construction, remediation, and maintenance of both aquatic and terrestrial residential, commercial, Industrial, and transportation projects.
